I agree with determined progress in the signing of this MOU. While the ABS announcement came at a time when there was nothing but bad news coming from every direction, the steps taken to elaborate on that partneship has been slow at best. We had to wait almost 6 months to get a definitive signing of what I thought was actually done prior. This time there is a clear list of what and when it will happen. I am not knocking the ABS accord. It came at a time when very few investors/comapnies were willing to take any risks, and I respect that. But, we need action now; and I am looking forward to the resolve of the chinese.
