CJO the great - gold/silver/copper/iron ore play with operations based in QLD and Mexico
The key upcoming cataylsts I see are as below
Feasibilty study out next month on Cerro del Dallo (627mt Au/Ag/Cu total JORC resource)
Cash flow positive by the end of next year
Mine up and running by end of next year Cerroe del Dallo, presumed creation of $259m net free cash flow over 14 year mine life.
Iron ore play (Mt Philp) not priced in at all... Possibly a very high grade 20m tonne resource
Furthermore, they have a very large silver exploration project in Namiquipa, Mexico... 4,400 hectares to explore.. High grade silver vein running through to land to drill.
Also, roadshowing in US and Canada over next few weeks. Also meeting with companies looking to take them over.. I would think these companies will be unsuccessful in their bids.
Look like good value at these levels, with some solid catalysts on the near term horizon.
I would like to see them trading circa 60c - 70c in the short term!!
