>>Jay, I think you'll find that TRF hold 13.4% of ROL which equates to 17m, might have to adjust the percentage discount you are quoting.<<
Thanks for the correction TimJohn22, yes after dist. We must take off 5 Mil for this % diff...
72.5 Mil - 5 = $67.5 MIL Investment Value
60 MIL Stock Market Value.
We still looking at a 12-13% discount and no real value added on for the Gold in the ground in Wilcherry Hill. Or all the mining rights that TRF own, as IFE own Iron Ore rights. Being 50% owed by TRF anyway and TRF free ride 20% for nothing. Or should we say for establishing IFE in the first place.
Anyway for anyone to give a substancial discount to TRF the Puppet masters at this time is foolish. It is due for a rerating with a premium attached.
Any talk of a takeover of IFE or TRF will send this stock flying to the moon IMO. I feel think stock could get rerated at $2 at anytime- IMO. DYOR.
As long as resources remain stong I am most confident that TRF will deliver on their promises out of all my other small cap stocks. The Iron Ore looks on track for Q4 2010 and they are just not sitting on their backsides waiting for the money to roll in. They are actively exploring and becoming producers as we speak. Very fine company and Management IMO.
