Hi IT,
What, in your opinion is the difference in the Oracle NetSuite and the TNE cloud based option that is hosted on Amazon. Isn't the Amazon hosting 'the cloud'.
From my understanding the TNE offering is customised to each customer and the new business model is for it to be cloud based which takes away much of the heavy investment in hardware, redundancy and DR capability from the customers point of view. Customers are still required to pay for further customisation as with any other software offering.
From my cursory glance NetSuite is the same as any other ERP offering, except it is hosted in the cloud, which I presume is managed by Oracle as opposed to Amazon managing the TNE cloud based offering.
