there's no doubt consumer change, in my opinion, it's not as profound as some would have you believe. what is controllable is who you sell to, at what price, what service you provide, what equipment....and how you coach, train and connect with those that execute in the field. CCL's executional standards in field are not where they need to be. poor cooler standards, coolers filled with competitor products, losing National Customers to competitors...Dominos is a visible example, there's more that aren't so. there's more that can be written with empirical evidence to support. it's overall capability weakness, that is being exploited by 2nd, 3rd & 4th place competitors.
