the wonderful thing about ceu is that is a very simple propositon....one roadway with increasing traffic...no hidden suprises.....finance not an issue since capital raising and now cash flow positive.....

so one of two outcomes;

price either rises gradually off a low base corresponding to traffic

OR

takeover puts a rocket up the price

either way I'm comfortable being heavy on ceu(about 1/3 of my portfolio)...I would like to think it's a bit of insider trading pending a takeover but it may just be the realisation by some insto's that ceu is as safe as house (but are houses safe???)
