If you know any of the management of Titomic, why don't you ask if graphene could benefit their products or if they are interested in collaboration with FGR?
If TTT are keen, I am sure FGR would be as the target market TTT are after looks significant.
GEIC maybe able to help out with any development with Titanium / Graphene. A quick google search shows a few research papers that use Titanium / Graphene.
