If a substantial holder was selling, or volumes of 20M sell were coming out I would be concerned
It is nothing more than lemmings spooking at someone selling into 0.6c, then dumping into the bid. You can see someone is trying to push it lower, by selling a lousy 100k into 0.4c to test the waters
It is likely a Patto's placement holder from 0.8c selling at 0.6c fed up of waiting, and taking the small loss by selling the options also
