I too think you should reconsider about posting.

I may not agree with you in standing up for the company, they are paid to do a job & should do it well, if they don't then they need to be held to account.

Maybe you have some insight into how the product could be better marketed at its target audience?

You can also provide good levels of feedback both positive & negative on the product & the software, where it works and where it could be improved.
