Hi Sabine. NRW is one of my favs for sure. I enjoy the HC posts too. Nothing wrong with employees and senior mangers holding skin in the game - in deed one of the prequisites for an PE type structure (not that this is). Just curious how what appears to be a middle level manager gets that much equity. May have family money? Regardless good to see him backing his business.
