Well I think that is a great appointment. Also plays well for a potential tie up with Stockland? I always thought that the best thing that this company could do is partner with a big developer that has a solid land bank, therefore suring up their pipeline.
AVE have great management and a rock solid reputation, with a deep development pipeline the could be huge.
