Once part of a small R&D company know and have seen them tick when holding a product perceived as good/big potential on a world stage.

For me, the major points management should be MANAGING simultaneously.

(1)Finish trials need for regulators approval (nearly ticked)

(2)Work very closely with regulators in key countries for registration (at least two) and indirectly create dispersal channels. Or outsource, ie. partner with at least larger health services companies with established supply chains. (not so sure about this?)

(3)Salable product readied, ie. manufactured to necessary quality standards, cheaply. (nearly ticked)

(4)Managing Funding so as not pushed, but not too much you become fat and lazy. (not so sure about this?)

(5)and a distant fifth, Governance generally requires not putting all your eggs in one basket, but this is what happens with a small company like this. If the main product fails, then it takes years for the company to recover or disappear.

We are already on professional radar screens through conferences and relevant magazine articles, don't get much better advertising. We don't need to waste money by advertising to the masses, there is no reward. It is a complete waste of time, money and executive resources to be advertising the product outside of those channels.

The management lately haven't been doing too badly eg. cleaned yup the IP portfolio, ditching anything costly that was unlikely to be useful in the next years. Could sell the local distribution business. A CEO who is passionate/knowledgeable about the product and realities, I think?

Hopefully the drug dispersing into Africa is not too onerous for the small company, wouldn't think it would, other than indemnifications/legal protections. EMS may grow organically from this or become attractive to a larger company from (2) to be bought out.

The other route of course is pump, draw in mum and dad investors, end up with a pyramid/ponzy scheme, then die a horrible death. Some traders like this approach...
