Targeting baby boomers property, rentroll and sales. Appear to be in right sector with talk
of legislative tax changes on baby boomers property.
Broker should be mandated this month, moelis were mentioned with view of ipo asap
Real business with history of dividend payments, earnings and profits in growth sector
Expect small ipo raise so minimal dilution as co doesn't require cash
