Lets try the cup half full approach. Activity has started since SC returned from OS which could mean a couple of things bearing in mind that SC holds no shares. There is a leak in the ship and the shares are 1) being dumped or 2) being bought.
I go for 2) because if it was 1) then there would be a darn sight more shares being dumped onto the market.

Is there any logic in the thought process or am I still hallucinating with the EMS that I am popping?
