    The office market could be turning but in the news release they advised that the empty building was bought for redevelopment.

    As for NTA, we have now two less buildings, and a bit more cash than book value that was used to work out the NTA. So ATM NTA should be higher. They going to retain some cash and the rest(most of it) will go to the refinancing due in December.

    There is now 15 buildings instead of 17 to be refinanced.
    They are all well occupied according to last reports.
    So refinancing should not be a problem IMO.

    So total assets value will lower but the outstanding loans also lower.

    But will NTA ( the difference between the two) be higher or lower than now?

    Judging from market reaction this afternoon after the announcement, AJA fortunes should have improved. somewhat.
    Lets see what tomorrow brings.
