If you like bank stocks MLT is a good buy IMO. Last I looked they have higher weighting to banks than the other majors.
Another LIC of interest (to me, although temporarily sold out) is BKI. Low management fee like the long-standing LICS. Only possible higher risk is their largest holding is NHC so you will want to be comfortable with that.
