Iron ore and steel prices have run in unison for many many years - its only a matter of time before they fall back in line with each other !!!!

The variance over the last few months is quite significant I personally feel that if steel prices continue on their current course - and most are suggesting that this will be the case , then you would expect at some point in time there may be a "SPIKE " in iron ore prices to bring them a little closer inline ???

Im hoping that the SPIKE could be quite significant and would not be out of order when you consider where steel prices are moving at present .

Futures are suggesting solid iron ore prices up to mar/april which cover the chinese enviromental restrictions but I personally believe there must be a solid back log of orders that will need to be sorted once the restrictions are removed - which would suggest A LOT OF RESTOCKING - some plants that have actually been forced to close their doors completely over the period and will be keen to push big numbers out the doors to fill back log of orders.

TIME WILL TELL SO SIT BACK AND ENJOY THE RIDE !!!!!!
