   Advice to Management
   
   You are poor, poor business leaders. You lead by intimidating and bullying your employees. Everyone dreads when you are around. The way you manage discourages people from being honest with you about the state of their departments (aka- doing what you hired them to do), and the only people you're hurting in the long run is yourselves. Maybe instead of spending time writing fake positive reviews, actual listen to the unanimous complaints make improvements.
