It's not ideal.
I'm not old by any stretch, but IMO kids these days are precious. Work at an IT startup and call the WAAHbulance when it gets too hard 3 weeks in. Weak dog act posting on glassdoor about a startup.
I like the AhaLife idea. Revenues are growing and this should be CF positive soon. If they don't give away stock options to employees oh well. I expect the next 2 quarters to outperform and then we are back to the holidays to cash in
