A 2 for 1 scrip offer sounds like a pretty expensive way to raise cash to me, plus IVA have already denied they are contemplating a takeover.

They are interested in some of the copper tenements as they have publicly stated. They will get a decent cash injection from their distribution. My view is that they will either look to take us out after distribution when we are nice and lean, or they will continue to support us. I am sure it is something they will continually reassess based on the circumstances of both stocks over time.

I am not being negative - in fact, the absolute opposite as I have been accumulating a fair amount of additional stock since Feb this year. Just trying to keep it realistic though as I find this forum very helpful and don't want to continually ramp up the stock (not suggesting that this is what you are doing though).

I would welcome any good offer made, but there are plenty of other positives to come and I am happy to be patient now and continue to accumulate on weakness until I run out of cash (getting close now)!
