    Good morning lionel,
may I pick your brain please. IF...(IF) IVA were to throw a hat in the ring with an offer of whatever, say .80c, how would management view it? Would they have to come to us and put it to us via a vote or would they just (as MA suggests) do whats best for shareholder's interest's. My thought's would be that it would not be in our BEST interest to accept such an offer. It would be the lazy man's way of making a "quick buck", while if we held on to our business, the business of exploration and on to production, then wouldn't that be in the best interests of the shareholder's. Remember, IVA, our major stockholder, only hold 22.8%. We, collectively hold 77.2%. For IVA to want in big-time, IMO they would have to make an offer that would represent something near what we would expect if we hung on to see what results from further drilling. Should such an offer be put on the table, then from my perspective, I would not vote for it, unless it met the NPV at the time of the offer and - with respect - I would expect no lesser action from the rest of us. We have miner's on the board (unlike some other companies) well lets see us mine! If we don't want to mine, then don't under-sell our resources.
In this current demand for Cu and Au, we need to do whatever it takes to make the most money out of our own resources, our way. Not sell them off to another company for their shareholder's benefit.
We have a long road ahead with a huge potential in profits. MA, do your thing - lets go Mining!!!

I topped-up with a few more this morning... 'phew! (Wasn't easy, let me tell you)
