I don't think my assessment is too far from the mark.
Exco is worth around 80c alone in cash assets per share.
With the expected potential for a solid extension of the White Dam project (a cornerstone asset of recently listed Polymetals) along with continuing royaly income combined with the real prospect of Hazel Creek replicating the Cloncurry Copper Project, one could easily ascribe a true worth case of around $1.50 for this stock. Of course, in current market conditions, a valuation such as this is never made until such time as an offer is put forward from an interested party.
