I truly believe with GWR there are month by month plans that management are running too, i have believed this since the start of the year with 2010 options reaching their target around mid November or early December, by the recent chairmans letter it seems obvious that Hunan Valin Steel will be taking up a considerable amount of the SPP which i think will be done to raise at $20 million, if $20 mil is raised then the SP will be at $1.20 by then, i expect the SPP to be completed just before June 30th or in the first 2 weeks of July, set yourself targets realistically with GWR like management have strategic plans, as i said i expect $1.20 around late June/early July and $2 plus by November/December so the options will be excised,strong upgrades will make sure all this looks legit.

Great to see strong supports in our bids again today, all the best longtermers and stay strong coz we will get there.
