they put $1.2 mil into the reserve in 2015, which indicate they were making huge profit at the time... iam not sure how it work, but assuming. once the money goes into the reserve acccount, authority won’t let the company withdraw the money unless company is in dire situation.
henan yuanlong investment is worth another $13 mil, they’re stuck with it for at least 5 years.. they cannot sell.
13 + 2.5 = 15.5 mil of known hard assets.
work out to be around 3.5 cents per shares... surprisingly similar to last traded price...
