thx for that.
so Prime cannot buy/merge a TV licence in the areas in which it currently operates.
so it could not buy the licensee of say Nine in Wollongong etc.

But then maybe Prime could buy say the Nine licensee in other areas, or maybe buyout the operators of Seven or anyone else in other areas? ie we do not have to look outside free-TV, like radio or newsprint etc? we could stick to knitting? that's where their expertise lies?
I guess the same applies to other acquisitors?
