Seven West Media through Network Investments Pty Limited own 11.38% of PRT. This stake ensures that it can block any bid to compulsorily acquire all of the remaining shares in a PRT takeover, should it ever occur.
The latest annual report shows that Birketu Pty Ltd owns 2.46% of PRT. I believe this company is controlled by Bruce Gordon who is currently fighting to wrest control of Channel 10 from CBS.
