Yep, looks as though it's a done deal. A few loose ends need to be sorted out tomorrow with a couple of amendments still to be voted on before the bill is passed in its entirety. Looks as though the Communications Minister has been able to pull the rabbit out of the hat after all.
Might be time to put the champagne on ice.
