Its not all that bad Scarva. Mining in general has been shakey since Sundays announcement, which has caused panic in the market place.
Once the full details of this "super tax" are worked out, and after discussions with the mining giants and the government are all said and done, I wouldnt be panicing just yet.
The "super tax" comes in after dividends, exploration costs etc. The incentives on offer for exploration should play into the hands of a company like CWK with its Oaklands interests.
A lot of water (and an election) has to go under the bridge before Oaklands and Coalworks becomes a billion dollar profit making exercise.
