Right on @order. Love your strategic analysis.
I have a strong feeling Mgt is strategically setting WBT up for potentially multiple industry partners in the future, not just one, which is very clever and more bang for buck in terms of revenue for us. Intel and Samsung are both likely in the mix, and so too the big players from China and Taiwan.
The upcoming consolidation is a tell-tale sign that some big investors and players with deep pockets want in but not with a register of nearly 1.8 billion shares.
Our EGM on 13 Feb 2019 is held at the offices of King Wood Mallesons, WBT’s lawyers, replacing the other smaller law firm in Melbourne we previously had. Anyone who knows anything about law firms in Australia would know that Mallesons charge an arm and a leg for their services, but they do have the best IP lawyers in the country. So it would only make sense for WBT to spend ****loads of money on the best IP lawyers in the country to draft the all important contracts necessary for the partnerships to be formed. This may take many months of negotiations between the lawyers as Coby pointed out previously. But I’d rather they take their time and get it right. But it’s just a matter of time folks!
4DS shot up 40% in one day on a loosely worded 2 sentence update. “Functional” haha fell off my chair when they went with that word in the update. Says nothing of value to me. Just imagine what WBT can do on our next key announcement that will no doubt hit mainstream media across Australia. I’m thinking a 200% increase is not out of the question. WBT is the trophy tech in my eyes after my 2 years of research comparing it to every other tech out there. The data density on a WBT chip is going to be nuts!
WBT Mgt aren’t dummies and are multimillionaires in their own right from their own hard work. The aren’t here to spin pennies. They are well connected, highly respected with decades of semiconductor experience behind them.
I’m feeling good with where WBT tech wise is at the moment. Fundamentals haven’t changed. Tech side WBT is hands down far superior to our competitors. Share price is where it is because of seed tossers and daytraders, but one good announcement is all we need then BOOM! She will explode into the ASX200 by 2021 and we can all retire by then. Hold on tight WBTers! Exciting times ahead!
