The thing that confuses me is just how good our BOD are, you're right about that Booter. Hopefully they are not doing this just to pave a way for more CR's and dilution of the investors that got them to where they are. Part of me feels that's exactly whats going to happen. Hence why the dumping seed sold more then he needed 'for Tax reasons'. What if the BOD want to keep this investor coming back for more ventures. So did the right thing by him and said "Thanks for the trust so far, this is what's about to play out. Stay if you like but we won't be shocked if you want to exit stage left to protect yo self.. before you wreck yo self".
BG, i'm with you, I not just wanting to be proven wrong, i need to be proven wrong. $32.50 would be nice.
