While i have seen what you fear before (consolidation, my 200,000 shares at 2.4c are now 8,000 worth 65c, then cap raise, cap raise, cap raise, till my 8,000 shares are now worth 5c) i'm not in a blind panic because WBT has been fairly solid to this point.
As far as i can tell they have met their goals to this date and there has been no recent leadership changes that spell out a change from "tech spec" to "lifestyle company".
I, like you have been in WBT for years, i don't have a massive holding but i can empathise with you especially about where this could go, and where it *has* gone for many a company in the past.
