My warning bells started ringing as soon as Wayno issued himself all those free options in 2006, made himself and instant squillionaire and the the JRC that was no real JORC that needed to be corrected shortly after and the long wait for the 2nd JORC meanwhile WAyno converting options, selling shares instituting buybacks with no cash coming in from mining. Drilling lots of holes like swiss cheese, but as I said from the beginning in 2006 with all those free options I became a sceptic.
