Firstly, I do feel for shareholders damaged by management BS because it is inexcusable. However, I also believe that you need to take responsibility for your own actions.

That said, I was having a few with a bloke in the Irish Club in exactly the same predicament over loaders. He'd struggled to meet his bills and we decided that I'd send him a summary of Ch5 and JORC transgressions, for public exposure, which I did. He was apparently paid soon after.
