The state of play is this.
I was listening to a guy in the Port Office ( not the post office ) Hotel and he was talking about our favourite CDU.
He was saying how he hadn't been paid by CDU ( cudeco) for his equipment they had on hire.
After trying the demand letters, 7 days to go to court, etc etc etc, it got down to threatening to
notify ASIC that the company has incurred a debt and is and has been unable to pay when due..........
Guess what, happened next
He said they paid that day.
So moral of the story, there's another way to get money out of a rock, or block of Barron copper.
