There's a place in Vietnam - north of Da Nang somewhere - can't remember where (hope my memory is ok there and it wasn't Thailand ) - I was on the road with some friends -- and, I started to see stalls along the road selling bottles of this yellow fluid.
One or two stalls became dozens, dozens became hundreds - kilometre after kilometre -- and, most of the stalls had rudimentary stills - there must have been hundreds of thousands of litres of this stuff for sale -

I never found out what it was exactly - but, it was baby oil -- I never found out what exactly the women used it for - but, I think it was used on the mother -and, I think it was distilled from some plant - a tree I think.

whatever this stuff was - they were all over it

one wonders now?

Mind you they beat the yanks - so, the yanks might have got second best
