Pretty bad to go on for an extended period of time as we've experienced with the level of disrespect given investors ; and the continuation of the status quo
What can be done ? I would only guess that relevant authorities have been investigating FAS due to the above, and countless investors putting in official complaints.
Would be nice to have a realisation sometime soon. Doesn't look good even with Madhu turning on them.
