This stock is one that will soar when they get their hands on a Mongolian or Chinese coal asset.
There is no doubt in my mind that they will .It is only a matter of time.Unfortunately for the traders the management are very conservative and have high financial hurdles for prospective projects to jump.
The Chinese advisors they recently appointed will ensure a good outcome once it happens.
In any case the cash backing should now be about 24 cents so there is really no downside for a long term investor.
I suspect the recent action is related to a prospective project alluded to in the last quarterly.
