Good to see some movement from the authorities, my first impression from reading the article you linked (thanks) was that the big players are the preferred tenderers. Hopefully just a wrong impression and maybe they wanted to kick off with a big announcement and this group fit the bill. Here's hoping LRL gets a showing on at least one of the permits, but like you say it may be unlikely with the amount of interest building in Mongolia.
