Given that they are trying to fund the expansion through the profits from operations, I doubt there will be spare profits to fund a dividend in the next twelve months.
After that, earnings should be very nice, metal prices permitting.
This company is a steal right now. They will be making money from metals, but not paying the evil big new tax on resources.
