Firstly I am of the opinion the Chinese director would not be entitled to participate as you need to be either an Australian or NZ ADDRESS HOLDER.This may be good for HMC as it may open the door for MPS to be a sub/SH albeit initially as an option holder paying up in Sep allowing the to get the free P/B option.To make this possible all HMC need to do is have a decent profit 2010 and then declare a small divvy which should push the current rediculously low price to an acceptable level allowing s/h to acquire the piggy/o in september at the higher figure.......HOPEFULLY
