    Not how I read it. There is two entities at play here Merrill Lynch Australia and Merrill Lynch International.

    How I read it is Sabre Fund is using Merrill Lynch International as the shorter. ML International borrows from ML Australia.

    I would wait a couple days I amd sure BOA become a sub holder again.

    Happy to be corrected though.
