The stock is good value vs risk although Europe is still not out of the woods yet.
Investors are holding on to their money incase of a double dip recession.
A few European countries are putting their hand out for bailouts.
The price should hang around the 3 cent mark until the economy improves in which case I think AEZ will be one of the first co. to rise.
