yep agree with all your points.
some other observations, I know they have learnt that first to market is not always the best way, back in 97 when MP3.com.au was launched, no one had an MP3 player, thus why they went into hosting to survive. Ipod made the market... now its a great time..
Just take a look at Reeltime.tv, what a dog, first to market with no customers or those who could afford the high speed internet to download movies, they really need to buy a hosting co to survive, jokes, then get in when the market is ready for it. and the market wont be until broadband is sorted out here and thats the government stopping that.. (thats a whole other debate)
Content is king as bill gates always stated, and owning this content and now the online infrastructure to deliver it is key for destra at the right time. destra spent over $1M on infrastructure last Fin year to deliver online and have the foundation to bring the bricks and mortor online easy with little further expense. Can only see bigger margins coming for destra, but the KEY component to this cake mix - TIMING ;-)
