This is all good - a focus on the bricks n mortar, getting that right as you suggest will lead to a profitable DES
DES can then focus on being a true "online" company in due course - however, it wont get there by being in companies like QFX who are also bricks n mortar, with an online facade - as their business model is time limited (as admitted by even their CEO on various occassions)
DES needs to transform not only into a digital media company, but a fully online, electronic delivery, digital delivery company - without warehouses, trucks, australia post etc etc. Consolidation in digital media like DVD through MPH is a good first move.
But first, get the bricks n mortar sorted! Good move.
