If I read correctly that Rudd mentioned that the states will decide if minining will be allowed, then SMM will need to wait IMHO.
My take is that in that case, South Australia will be given the nod while North is already preparing for mining on the order by the Federal Govt.
That is unfortunate but SMM holders will need to decide what to do. Many are sitting on hefty profits.
I have increased my stake in AGS and PNN in the meantime; however, the reader may think differently.
After all, it is up to the individual investor.
