A low share price favors Ferrovial.
Because they or minions can buy and sell into offer.
Also it also makes it look attractive for disillusioned instos.
Ferrovial could extend indefinitely. SP remains stagnant before offer price.
The instos will sell out. As there are other places to make more money.
Personally if we get to 49 percent I will be selling out. Management have done nothing to support the share price.
Why don't they open up data room to all. Its a non binding and rejected offer atm.
BTW I emailed them about share buyback. They never responded to my email.
