Neil,
Lately I am testing break up from 14 day linear regression indicator. Have found that break up is followed by a few days up at least in same direction.
I watch the depth and trading pattern etc as well.

Linear regression is almost identical to time series forecast (same period). Calculated slightly differently however.

Furthermore I have faith in TDO. I had noted there was eager seller (I picked up some at 60 and 61 couple of days ago. I stood at 60 for more when he put 50k at 61 before close as I remember,.
That eager seller seems to have disappeared. Probably totally filled.
