Agree in part keeping focus, There was no explanation given that i could see. If you look at the resemea of both on linkedin you will see Kris Marszalek was kind of the co CEO anyway and he has just as good if not a better resemea, he was a co founder of outgoing CEO. The outgoing CEO is still in charge of one of IBUYS businesses to my understanding.
