Yeh, i believe the ex ceo had around that number, but no sub holder notice has been issued since the sell down, and there has been some serious volume with it.
If I can free up some funds before the quarterly I'll grab some more. I would comfortably buy more also upon the release of the quarterly.
Recent placement at 45c..current price of 19c, add to that a few more months worth of synergies from the LS acquistion.
Medium term, this is a steal.
