Start of the turn, page-19

Still nothing doing TA wise - It is holding the very soft up trend line but it isn't a real uptrend until we get some higher highs above the recent highs of 21.5  to add to the higher lows. The selling is hard to pin down but it has been characterised by random dumping of blocks, sometimes biggish ones.

Obvously someone is waiting for the often early upward moves to sell into them (long upper tailed candles) and this has been fairly consistent but so has been recovery buying at the close. I get the feeling that a break is not far off, there has been a lot of sellers mopped up, can't be too many left but along with most of the small caps there isn't any real buying going on yet
